A lot of people kept hurricane-sourced boredom at bay this weekend by cooking, which makes this the perfect time for a quick, easy recipe that requires no cooking at all. That’s right - you can whip this soup up in about 10 minutes without ever having to turn on an oven, stove, or even the microwave. Give it a shot and send us your photos of the results!
Cold cucumber soup - you can whip this up in about 10 minutes for a light and refreshing summer lunch or dinner. There’s no cooking required and it’s great to pack for the office, too.
I put four thick hunks of summer
on some fresh-baked bread
with lots of mayo, salt, and pepper
and two slices of smoky bacon
for the perfect 5-minute lunch.
