Do you include calories for some of your recipes? I am a fitness blog and would love to post some of your recipes as meal options

Calorie counts are something I would love to include, but haven’t because there’s a fair amount of specific science involved and I don’t want to get it wrong and screw up peoples’ diets. In general, though, I try to keep our recipes relatively healthy, and if there’s ever a recipe you have questions about in terms of nutrition and fitness, let me know, because I’m always eager to collab/cross-post with people.
