Where I’ll be on Saturday: If you haven’t bought tickets for Pig Island yet, get on it! There is going to be so much food, so much beer, and so much fun - you really don’t want to miss out. The pigs are all locally-raised and the chefs are fantastic.
I’ll be at the event all day, helping my buddies Nick and Theo of The Food Experiments with their dish - which is the most outrageously delicious, mad scientist pork dish I think I’ve ever heard of.
